Ming Hardwood Floors

David is a nice guy.  He was easy to get a hold of on the phone and was quick to call back.  We used him for a small job in Aug of 2013 to refinish just one room of the house.  He was able to squeeze us in and was pretty dang cheap.  He loved the character of the house and was very excited to get going on our cool parquet floors.  He had good attention to detail in that he colored the poly to preserve the aged look to the floors but there were some sanding gauges in the flooring.  I think he tried to sand down some stains a little hard which is an understandably tough call when you’re dealing with floors that are in really rough shape. Overall, he was easy and courteous to work with and understood what we were going for in preserving the character of our old floors.
